Daniel Phillips

Daniel Phillips, 69, of Talman Village Rd, Gary, WV, went to be with the Lord on October 13th, 2023.

Born on December 11th, he was the son of the late John and Christine Phillips of Kimball. He had been a resident of Gary for over 30 years and was a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a former teacher at Mt. View High school in which he touched the lives of many.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Kathy Phillips.

We’ll always remember that special smile, that caring heart, that warm embrace, you always gave us. We’ll always remember you because they’ll never be another one to replace you in our hearts, and the love we will always have for you.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Father Mark Tyson officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn memorial Park in Bluewell.

Friends may call an hour prior, from 10:00-11:00.
