Virginia Fay Clower, 44, of Bluefield, West Virginia passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. Virginia was born February 4, 1974 in Bluefield, WV to Emerson and Virginia Day Carter.In addition to her parents, Virginia is survived by one brother, Bobby Swim of Brushfork, WV; two sisters, Debra Broomand and Muhammad of Louisville, KY and Rebecca Clark of Bluefield, WV; three uncles, Arlie Carter and Judy of Bluefield, WV, Sam Carter of Bluefield, WV, and Kaliean Carter of Ohio; and good friend, Eugene Lawson.At the request of the family, there will be no services. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.cravens-shires.com. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home, Bluefield, WV is serving the Clower family.
