Victoria Crofcheck

Victoria Ann Crofcheck, 74, of Bluefield, WV, passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital Bluefield ER.

Born on January 12, 1951, to John and Dorothy Kimberling Crofcheck and was a granddaughter of the late John and Mary Crofcheck and Julia and Charles Kimberling.

She attended St. Matthew’s Catholic School and Church in Tyrone, PA. She was a graduate of Tyrone Jr & Sr High School and attended Lock Lack State College and graduated from Bluefield State College with a degree in Elementary Education and Language Arts. She taught in Mercer and McDowell County for 33 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Yolana M. Crofcheck (Mark Glenn Sr) and three grandchildren, Megan D. Crofcheck, Whitney-Lanae M. Crofcheck-Glenn, and Mark A Crofcheck-Glenn Jr. and one great grandchild Ty’Mara Celeste Harris all of Bluefield WV. 

Victoria was truly one of a kind, so very kind and loving; one who put everyone or everything before herself. Victoria will be missed by many. 

Christian Mass will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, May 30, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bluefield, WV with Father Sabastian Devasya officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until the time of service. Christian Burial will be at 12:00 PM on Monday, June 2, 2025 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Those attending the burial are asked to meet at the cemetery.
