With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Tammy " Boo-Boo" Leann Mitchell, age 45, who passed away peacefully on Monday, September 14, 202, at University of Kentucky Hospital. Tammy was born on September 21,1980, in Welch, WV.

She is now reunited with her beloved parents, Jesse Wayne Mitchell and Debra Ann Mitchell and her grandparents, Jack Carlos Lee and Dorothy Louise Lee.

Tammy had a beautiful personality and a way of bringing laughter and joy to those around her. She loved getting her nails done, shopping, and most of all, spending time with her family. Her loving spirit and the memories she created with those she loved will forever remain in their hearts.

In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by her uncle, Jackie Wade Lee; and three aunts, Roxanna Lee, Carolyn Lee, and Linda Hicks.

Those Left to cherish her memory are her: Fiancé, Jorge Morgan; her brother, Jessie Wayne Mitchell; and three sisters, her Favorite sister, Barbara Ann Seal and husband, Howard Seal, and Becky Renae Mitchell and husband, Ted, all of Princeton, WV; and Tessa Louise Mitchell of Charleston, WV.

She is also survived by two uncles, Randy Lee of Welch, WV, and Ronnie Lee and wife, Kim, of Mocksville, NC; and two aunts, Tammy Lee and husband, Timmy, of Princeton, WV, and Tina Wright and husband, Ruben, of welch, WV.

Tammy Leaves behind Five nieces, Caitlyn Mitchell, Debra Seal, Holly Mitchell, Cassie Mitchell, and Jessica Mitchell; Five nephews, Alex Mitchell, Jonathan Seal, Eli Mitchell, Adam Mitchell, and Elijah Mitchell; Four great - nieces, Zayleigh Hancock, Paisley Mitchell, Sophia Seal, and Haisleigh Seal; and thirteen great - nephews, Zachary Mitchell, Zander Hancock, Carter Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, Josiah Mitchell, Easton Mitchell, TJ Smith, Brandon Smith, Steven Smith, Eilleatte Taylor, Quentin Taylor, Silous Taylor, and Killva Taylor.

Tammy will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. Her Laughter, love, and the memories she shared with her Family will Live on in their hearts Forever.

A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Josh Hamby officiating.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, prior to services, from 3:00-4:00.
