Steven Wayne Puckett, 66, of Princeton, WV, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2026  Born April 19, 1960 in Tazewell, VA, he was a son of the late Howard Miller Puckett and Ollie May Duncan Puckett. In addition to his parents, Steven was preceded in death by his son, Erick Steven Pucket; brothers, Roger Dale  puckett and Tommy Otis Puckett; sisters, Shirley Jean  Asbury and Linda Mae Puckett. 

Steven was a proud veteran of the United States Army.

Those left to cherish Steven's memory are his sisters, Sue Smith of Bluefield, WV, Cathy Arlene Bolton of NC, and Joyce Ruth Salgado of Vienna, VA; brother, Donnie Ray Puckett of GA; nieces, Sherry Sluss of Bluefield, WV, and Joyce Sue Proffit and husband, Tommy; numerous nieces and nephews; and caregiver, Joan. And long time friend Ruth proffitt

Steven will be cremated and there will be no public services.
