Sonny Wayne Carver

Sonny Wayne Carver, 70, of Princeton, WV passed away Friday, October 29, 2021 at Princeton Community Hospital.  Born January 12, 1950 in Freeman, WV, he was a son of the late Rathfield and Maggie Mae Nicewander Carver. Sonny had been a resident of Princeton for twenty years and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his daughter, Misty Carver LaPointe; brother, Sam Carver of Clinton, IA; sisters, Shirley Dillon of Princeton, WV, Emily Little of Marion, VA, and Elah Simpkins of IA.

In keeping with Sonny’s wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no public services. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Carver family.
