Sheree Kaye Coppola

Mrs. Sheree Kaye Coppola, 64, of Lashmeet, West Virginia, passed on to her heavenly home Tuesday, at Raleigh General Medical Center after a long-term illness.

Born in Bluefield, West Virginia, Sheree attended Montcalm High School and Bluefield State University. She served her community as a nurse for 34 years. In 2007 Sheree married her husband, David Eugene Coppola; they moved to and resided in the Lashmeet community for 15 years Sheree’s leaves a legacy of kindness and love for the Lord, Jesus Christ. Before herillness, Sheree enjoyed ATV riding with her husband, swimming, and being outdoors.During her career Sheree served on the pediatric department and later the oncology department where her effervescent compassion was felt by all. Sheree is survived by her husband, David Eugene Coppola, her parents, Bob and Macie Helmondollar, her children, April Nance, and Jason Myers, and her stepchildren, Bobbie Coppola-Luster, Daniel Coppola, Severen Coppola, and Emily Coppola, and eleven grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors at Craven-Shires Funeral Home on Friday, December 12, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. with the service beginning at 2. The service will be officiated by David Kirby, the pastor of their home church, Deliverance Temple. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with Daniel Barker, Daniel Coppola, Severen Coppola, Wesley Luster, Cody Childress, and David Tessa serving as pallbearers.
