Roy Alvin Keffer, Jr.

Roy Alvin Keffer, Jr., 55, of Rock, WV, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at his home. Born August 3, 1967 in Princeton, WV, he was a son of Roy Alvin Keffer, Sr. and Elsie Jean Copley Horton. Roy was preceded in death by his brother, James Keffer.

Those left to cherish Roy’s memory are his father and step- mother, Roy Alvin Keffer, Sr. and Alice Keffer; mother and step-father, Elsie Jean Copley Horton and Willard Horton; sisters, Deirdre Cecil, Krys Ashlyn, and Donna Graham; many nieces and nephews also survive.

In keeping with Roy’s wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no public services. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Keffer family.
