Rebecca Lynn Poe, affectionately known as Beckie, left this world on November 19, 2025, at her home, after bravely battling ALS for two years. Born on March 1, 1975, in Bluefield, West Virginia, she was a shining light to everyone around her.

Throughout her life, Beckie was best known for her big heart and unwavering kindness. As a manager at Beauty Concepts for many years, she not only led with dedication but also infused joy and compassion into every interaction. Her colleagues and clients alike fondly remember her willingness to lend a helping hand, always ready to give the shirt off her back to anyone in need.

Beckie's greatest love was for her family, particularly her cherished grandbabies. She found immense joy in spending time with them, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and warmth. Gabriel, Raelynn, Roman, and Addie brought her immeasurable happiness, and she was their biggest cheerleader, always present for each milestone and celebration.

Her legacy is carried on by her devoted husband, Joey Poe, and her beloved daughters, Bailee Battle and Lauren Gunter. Beckie took pride in her sons-in-law, Chris Battle, and Gavin Gunter. Together, they shared countless treasured moments, steadfast in their love for one another.

Beckie’s spirit is forever nurtured in the hearts of her mother, Deborah Bailey, and in the love of her second mother, Janice Pugh. Her family also includes her in-laws, Cathy and Roger Poe.

Though she now reunites in peace with her late father, Kenneth Bailey, and her grandson, Khyler Battle, Beckie’s vibrant spirit will continue to inspire all those who had the privilege of knowing her. A woman of great love and warmth, her essence remains in the memories and hearts of those she leaves behind, reminding us of all of the beauty of giving, loving, and cherishing our time together.

Funeral services to celebrate Beckie's life will be conducted on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Pastor David Kirby and Kelly Lyle officiating. 

Friends may call on Sunday, prior to services, from 1:00-2:00PM, at the funeral home.
