Phyllis Ann Kelley

Phyllis Ann Kelley, 64, of Rock, WV, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at a Richmond, VA hospital.

Born on September 19, 1957, in Bluefield, she was a daughter of the late William E. and Daphne Cecil Spence. She had been a resident of Rock for 35 years and was a 1975 graduate of Graham High School. She was a homemaker and formerly worked at Nash-Finch.

Survivors include her husband, Russell Gene Kelley of the home; daughter, Samantha Kelley of Rock; and two brothers, Danny Lynch of FL and Eddie Spence of Bluefield, WV.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Eddie Mabe and Rev. Roger Carroll officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Mark Broyles, Paul Kelley, JJ Moore, Steve Hicks, Doug Miller, Anthony Spence, David Austin will serve as pallbearers.
