Paul Brian Kelley, 62, father, brother, and friend, passed away suddenly Wednesday August 20, 2025, in Princeton, West Virginia. Born April 7, 1963 in Cleveland, OH, Paul was a cherished member of his family and community.
A 1981 graduate of Bluefield High School, Paul dedicated his career to the trades as a welder and machinist, showcasing his strong work ethic.
Paul had a profound love for the outdoors, finding joy in nature and adventure. He enjoyed hanging out with his buddies, racing, and riding motorcycles, pursuits that brought him laughter and fulfillment. His love for life was evident in the way he connected with friends and family, always eager to share a thrilling ride or an afternoon in the fresh air.
Paul is survived by his beloved daughter, Kayla Beth Winn and husband Ethan of Gretna VA, brothers, Kevin Kelley and wife Suzanne of Bluewell, Darren Kelley and wife Misty of Bluewell, sister, Terri Herndon and husband Kenny of Bluewell and a host of special cousins, nieces and nephews. Additionally, he shared a special friendship with Tina Graham of Princeton.
Paul was preceded in death by his father, Elliott Jackson (Jack) Kelley, and his mother, Shelva J (Shelby) Kelley.
As we remember Paul, let us celebrate the moments he shared with us and the indelible mark he left on our hearts. There will be no public viewing service at this time but a celebration of his life at a later date.
