Patty Sue Shrewsbury

Patty Sue Shrewsbury, 80 of Princeton, WV passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024 at her home. Patty was born on July 15,1943 in Montcalm, WV to the late Frank and Argie Dodson. She had been a lifelong resident of Bud WV, and resided in Princeton, WV later in life and was a loving homemaker. Patty was preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Robertson and Louise Mckinney. Survivors include husband, Denny Shrewsbury; children Dara Harmon and Charles “CP” of Princeton, WV, Donnie Shumate of Florida;; Jeff Shumate and significant other, Christina Fitzko of Princeton, WV; two grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Carlos; and one great grandchildren, Talon. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Pastor Gerald Mckinney officiating the service. The family will receive friends and relatives on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Lee Ross, Tyler Fitzko, Greg Pennington, Troy Huffman, Brad Huffman, and Barry Wright will serve as pallbearers.
