Patsye Ruth Ciampanella

Patsye Ruth Ciampanella 70, of 123 Box Car Lane, Big Sandy, WV, passed away on May 13, 2024. 

Born on September 26^th, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Aotis Crawford and Daisy Crawford. 

She was preceded in death by her sister Carol Carter of Bluefield, WV.

Survivors include her husband, Ray Ciampanella of the home; a daughter, Maria Crawford of Bluefield, WV and two sons, Josh Ciampanella of Bluefield, WV and Sonny Ciampanella and wife Sherry Ciampanella of Bluefield, VA. Five grandchildren: Izaiah Ciampanella, Aiden Crawford; Raelynn Elliana Ciampanella; Jacob Edward Ciampanella and one on the way. Brothers William Crawford and wife Kathy Crawford of Princeton, WV, Michael Crawford of Princeton, WV; and two sisters, Linda Blaylock and Husband Chester Blaylock of Bluefield, WV and Bonnie McCarty of Bluefield, WV.

Patsye worked as an office manager at Welch Water Company for 25+ years and performed IT work for the Town of Bramwell, WV. Patsye enjoyed sewing and quilting for family and friends and enjoyed her gardening.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday May 25th ,2024 at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV with Rev. Randal Daugherty officiating. Burial will follow at Iaeger Memorial Cemetery in Roderfield, WV where Timmy Daniels, Michael Hale, Matthew Bailey, Charles Hunt, Joey McCarty and Chris Lester will serve as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Saturday May 25^th, 2024, from 10-11 AM at the funeral home.
