Noama Sproles

Naoma Aliff Danford Sproles, 89, of Bluefield, VA, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026 at the Princeton Health Care Center. 

Born on August 11, 1936 in Bluefield, she was a daughter of the late Arnold Woodrow and Mossie Nicewander Aliff. She was a longtime resident of Bluewell, a graduate of Beaver High School and was a homemaker. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Leroy Sproles, and a son, Arnold Leroy Sproles. 

Survivors include her son, Darren (Joyce) Sproles, of Bluefield, VA and her daughter Calesa (Greg) Remington of Fancy Gap, VA; and three grandchildren. 

At her request, services will be private, and burial will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.
