Michael Eugene Anderson

Michael Eugene Anderson, 67, of Bluefield, WV, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born October 5, 1954 in Bluefield, WV, he was the son of the late S.E. “Stanley” and Geraldine Dotson Pruett Anderson. Michael was an avid horseman and was a retired corrections officer with the rank of Sergeant.

Those left to cherish Michael’s memory are his wife, Pamela S. Kirk Anderson of the home; son, Ryan Tyler Anderson of Bluefield, WV; daughter, Lori Anderson and husband, Corey, of Columbus, OH; 2 grandsons, Stephen and Chris.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 14, 2022 from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home. In keeping with Michael’s wishes, he will be cremated. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Anderson family.
