Melva Joyce Sheets

Melva Joyce Sheets, 80, of Summers Street, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center.

Born on July 30, 1937 in Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Burl B. and Helen L. Bailey Taylor. She had been a resident of Bluefield for most of her life and was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence B. Sheets, Sr.; sons, Clarence B. Sheets, Jr., and Charles Lee Sheets; daughter, Paula Rose, brothers, Alvin Burl Taylor and Dennis Taylor; and a sister, Juanita Dickens.
