Mary Darlene Luster

Mary Darlene Luster, 62, of Princeton, WV, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Princeton Community Hospital.

Born on January 27, 1960 in Welch, WV, she was a daughter of the late Ronald L. and Shelby Key Bandy. She had been a resident of Princeton for 18 years and was a member of the Old Fashion Full Gospel Church in Northfork, WV. She was retired from the healthcare industry in medical billing and coding.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold “Shorty” Luster; brother, David Bandy; and nephew, Aaron Bandy.

Survivors include her daughters, Crystal (David) Watkins of Princeton, WV, Amy (Michael) Gentry of Crumpler WV, Marissa Luster of Schenectady, NY; 6 grandchildren, James “Hunter” Sabo, Chloe D. Sabo, Kaden M. Gentry, Madison G. Graham, Allison F. Graham, and Leigha R. Gentry; brothers, Ronald D. Bandy of Princeton, WV and Gary Bandy of Bluewell.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, October 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Harold Simpson officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Bluewell with David Watkins, Michael Gentry, Ronald Bandy, Gary Bandy, Eric Graham and Timothy Hanlin serving as pallbearers.

Friends may call on Friday from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
