Louise Hodge

Louise Hodge, 83, of Bluefield, WV passed away Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Mercer Health and Rehab. Born June 13, 1941 in Bluefield, WV, she was a daughter of the late Hobert and Bell Grose Jennings. Louise was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Hodge; daughters, Leann Hodge, Mary Tiller, and Alice Jeffery; granddaughter, Jenifer Tiller; grandson, Charlie Meadows; great-granddaughers, Cherish Tiller, Madison Tiller, and Darralynn Cook.

Those left to cherish Louise’s memory are her daughter, Tammy Carver of Bluefield, WV; sons, Roger Hodge of Lashmeet, WV, and Robert Hodge of Princeton, WV; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends also survive.

Funeral service will be conducted 4:00 PM Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Pastor Joey Rose officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until the time of service.

In keeping with Louise’s wishes, she will be cremated following the service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Hodge family.
