Lois M. Thomas, 94, of Bulltail Hollow Road, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2020 at GlenWood Retirement Village.
Born on September 23, 1925 in Davy, she was a daughter of the late George and Bertha Shelton McNew. She had been a resident of Bluefield for most o f her life and was a member of the First Church of God on Airport Road. She was a homemaker and caregiver.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Thomas; 2 sons, Jackie and John Thomas; a daughter, Brenda Fanning; two sisters and three brothers.
Survivors include her 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren; special granddaughters and caregivers, granddaughters, Jennifer (Eddie) Keen Bluefield, WV and Cynthia (Robert) Stewart of Bluefield, WV; and several nieces and nephews
Private graveside services will be conducted on Monday, April 20, 2020 at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with Dr. Doug Hyndrich officiating.
