Larry Joe Black

Larry Joe Black, 73, of Kade Hollow Road, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at his home.

Born on June 21, 1947, he was a son of the late Walton Edward and Mary Elizabeth Conlee Black. He had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield and was a member at the Grace & Truth Family Ministry Center.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Rev. James Black.

Survivors include his two sisters, Wilma Jean Hampton and Cheryl (Dave) Compton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 10:30 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Reverends Connie Black, Steve Shrader and Jerry Novell officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.

Friends may call prior to services on Saturday, from 9:30-10:30 AM at the funeral home.
