Kenneth Sarver

Kenneth "Kenny" Sarver, 72, of Bluefield, WV, passed Thursday, June 20, 2024, at WVU Medicine Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. 

Born January 6, 1952, in Bluefield, WV, he was a son of the late Freeman Elwood and Vicey Sarver and the late Dorthy Lambert. Lovingly raised by his late grandparents Earl and Mary Sarver. Kenneth was a resident of Bluefield for 50 years. He worked as a salesman for State Electric in Bluefield, WV, for over 25 years where he made many friends over that time period. Kenneth was a member of Falls Mills United Methodist Church. 

Those left to cherish Kenneth's memory are, his wife of almost 50 years, Palma "Pam" Grose Sarver, of the home; son, Jason Sarver and wife Dana of North Tazewell, VA; daughter, Kelly Adkins Sarver of Bluefield, WV; brothers, Terry Sarver and wife Kathy of Falls Mills, VA, Johnny Lambert and wife Sherry of Bluefield, WV, and Joe Lambert and wife Christy of Pulaski, VA; sister Kim Adams and husband Rick of Hurricane, WV; grandchildren, Ashlynn Sarver, Keith Sarver, Shawn Adkins, and Brandi Adkins; and one great granddaughter, Rose Lynn. As well as a host of nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held, Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 2:00 PM, at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Asbury officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. 

A visitation will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home.
