Juanita Green

Juanita Green, 78, of Bluefield, WV, passed June 11, 2025, at WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital. 

Born November 13, 1946, in Wyoming County, West Virginia, she was a daughter to the late Ralph and Ethel Reeves Williams. Juanita was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith. Juanita was known by everyone as a good, strong woman, and a lover of all animals. 

In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her husband of 15 years, Henry Truman Green, brother, Charles Williams, and two sisters, Patricia Ann Turner and Peggy Durrett. 

Those left to cherish Juanita's memory are her daughter, Mary Green of the home, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law, and her loving pets. 

Graveside rites will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 1:00 PM, with Minister Steve Accord officiating, at the Iaeger Memorial Cemetery in Roderfield, WV. Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers. Those wishing to attend the services are asked to meet at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home at 12:00 PM to follow in precession to the cemetery.
