Joshua Kevin Hunley

Joshua Kevin Hunley, 38, of Jenkinjones, WV, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Charleston Area Medical Center. Born August 1, 1985 in Welch, WV, he was a son of William “Billy” and Tammy Muncy Hunley. Joshua was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Albert and Esther Muncy; paternal grandparents, Frank and Nannie Hunley; and niece, Brianna Canterbury.

Those left to cherish Joshua’s memory are his parents, Billy Hunley and Tammy Hunley of Jenkinjones, WV; brother, Eric Muncy and wife, Donna of Roderfield, WV; sister, Savannah Hunley and Delbert Canterbury of Lincolnton, NC; nephews, Alex Hunley, D.J. Canterbury, Hunter Muncy, and Chase Muncy; nieces, Kaylee Canterbury, and Kelsey Canterbury.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Pastor Mary Lambert officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Hunley family.
