Jerry William Vaughan

Jerry William Vaughan, 73, of Bluefield, WV, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024 doing what he loved and enjoyed, which was hunting with family and friends. 

Born on February 15, 1951 in Montcalm, he was a son of Edna Webb Vaughan of Montcalm, and the late Robert William Vaughan. He was born, raised and lived his entire life in Mercer County. Jerry was a loving son, brother, and father and will be greatly missed. He leaves behind many heartfelt memories. He was a member of the Church of God. He was a retired coal miner and member of the UMWA. 

Survivors in addition to his mother include his include his son, William Shane Vaughan of Montcalm; his daughter, Angela (Ryan) Lisk of FL; step-daughter, Lauren (John) Brewster of Bluefield; 2 grandchildren, Keensley and Griffin Lisk; a brother, R. Brad (Rhonda) Vaughan of Montcalm; and 2 nieces, Amanda Miles and Amber Ealy.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell in with Rev. Omar Burns and Rev. Kevin Webb officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton with family and friends serving as pallbearers. 

Friends may call prior to services on Tuesday, from 10:00-11:00 AM, at the funeral home.
