Jerry Dean Payne, 49, of Bluefield, VA, passed away on July 6, 2020 at his home. Survivors include his wife, Patricia, son, Jerry Payne, Jr.; daughter Erica Rotenberry; brothers Ronald Rose, James Rose and Lewis Warren Payne; and sisters, Frances Underwood, Michelle Caskey, Anny Rife, and Mary Bailey. He will be cremated and services will be held at a later date.
