Janice Black

Janice Nault Black, 79, of Bluefield, WV, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the Maples Nursing Home.

Born on December 24, 1943 in Bird Island, MN, she was a daughter of the late Horman and Ruth Dabggren Nault. She had been a resident of Rock for 15 years and was a former clerk for CVS.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Gorson Black.

Survivors include her son, Timothy Duane Black and Alesha of Bluefield, and Stephen Jay Black and Priscilla of Bland, VA; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild on the way; and 3 sisters, Denise Naught of Danville, VA, Hermaine Meritt of TX, and Barbie Williams of TX.

In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no services.
