James Bruce Patterson

James Bruce Patterson, 47, of Falls Mills, VA, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at his home.

Born on August 8, 1975 in Bluefield, WV, he was a of Eugenia “Jeanie” Sands Patterson of Bristol, TN and the late James Bruce Patterson. He had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield and was a 1993 graduate of Bluefield High School. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a welder by trade and was proud of his work.

Survivors in addition to his mother include and aunt Racine (George) Richardson of Pearisburg, VA; cousin, TJ Hendricks of Charlotte, NC, and a special friend, Daphne Shupe of Bluefield, WV.

It was his wishes to be cremated. 

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday October 21, 2023 from 11:00-12:00.
