With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Isaiah Jacob Moran. He was born on February 8, 2025 and left too soon on August 8, 2025 at the age of 6 months. Isaiah was a bright light in our lives, bringing so much joy in his short time with us. He will forever be loved and missed by his parents Benjamin Moran and Kayla Tuckwiller-Hughes, his siblings Mikaila Shires (Landan) of Peterstown, WV, Justice Black (Trevor) of Floral City, FL, Mia Moran of Cape Coral, FL. Laci Huffman, Jagar Hughes, and Kimber Hughes all of Alderson, WV. Paternal grandparents Sonny and Robin Moran of Union, WV, Maternal grandparents Pat & Devena Phillips of Alderson, WV and Gary Tuckwiller of Asbury, WV. Great grandfather Bob Canterbury of Sinks Grove, WV, Aunts Wendy Hughes of Columbia Falls, MT, Brianna Tuckwiller of Lewisburg, WV, Uncles Colton Phillips (Samantha & Gus) of Alderson, Dillon Phillips (Payton) of Lexington, KY, Jess Phillips of Colorado Springs, CO, Brandon Tuckwiller of Asbury, WV, Special great-uncle Dennis Workman (Marlene and Tyler). Nephews Bentley, Cru and baby Sonny, Niece Everleigh. Special grandparents Bobby and Katrina Shires (Paddy and Nana) of Peterstown, WV. Many great-aunts, uncles and cousins.
Isaiah was preceded in death by maternal grandmother Tina Tuckwiller and maternal great-grandparents Donald and Dessie Workman, Milburn and Clara Phillips, Robert and Nellie Tuckwiller and Carolyn Canterbury, paternal great grandparents Milbert and Freda Moran, Janet and John Caruthers, Robert and Vivian Elswick and uncle John Hughes.
Funeral services for Isaiah will be at 12:00 PM (noon) on Saturday August 16, 2025 at Lindside Family Life Church at 8704 Seneca Trail S. Lindside, WV. Graveside services will follow at 3:00PM at Enon Baptist Church Cemetery in Frankford, WV. Colton Phillips, Tyler Workman, Robert Shires, Jim Neece will serve as pallbearers. Family will receive friends from 11:00AM till time of service at the church. Isaiah's life was short but he made a huge impact on the lives of everyone that met him. His smiles and giggles were infectious, he was loved by many and will live in our hearts forever
