Glenna Gail Ratliff, born on February 24, 1993, in Princeton, West Virginia, left us far too soon on September 6, 2025, in Morgantown, West Virginia. She was an outgoing and spirited individual whose hardheaded nature endeared her to many. Glenna loved everyone in her life deeply, and her vibrant personality touched all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Glenna's legacy lives on through her three young children, Gabby Peanut, and Lil Clint, who will carry her memory forward into their lives. She was a dedicated mother, fiercely proud of her accomplishments, though she would often say simply that she was proud of just being herself. She was not only a mother but also a loving sister to Kristy Goins and her husband Dylan Goins, as well as Sarah Loges. Glenna held a special bond with her nieces and nephews—Dylan, Kylie, Marissa, and Addison—who were a constant source of joy for her.
Her mother, Barbara Ratliff, and her fiancé Matthew also survive her, offering a foundation of love and support that has always been at the heart of her life. Glenna will also be remembered for her long-term partner, Chris Small, who shared in many of her life’s cherished moments.
Glenna's family and friends will miss her terribly, holding her memory close to their hearts. She was preceded in death by her father, Spanky Ratliff, a loss that remains a poignant touchstone in the lives of those she leaves behind. Glenna's life, though brief, was filled with love and laughter, and she will forever be regarded as a cherished daughter, mother, sister, and friend.
