Ginger Ann Lail

Ginger Ann Lail, 49 of Bluefield, WV passed away Monday, April 4, 2022 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Born March 12, 1973 in Welch, WV, she was a daughter of the late Donald Edward and Phyllis Ann Thomas Carter, Sr. Ginger was a homemaker and was affiliated with the Bluewell Church of God. In addition to her parents, Ginger was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Edward Carter, Jr.

Those left to cherish Ginger’s memory are her children, Cassidi Brianna Lail of Bluefield, WV, Scott Edward White of Bluefield, WV, and Miranda Cline of Princeton, WV; sister, Tina White of Bluefield, WV; half-sisters, Lisa Ratliff of NC, and Donna Carter of Tucson, AR; grandchildren, Izaiah, Zakyiah, Jallend, Adalee, and 6 other grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 4:00 PM Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. Dewayne Houk officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until the time of service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Lail family.
