Georgia Gaye Dawson

Georgia Gaye Dawson, 75, of Armory Road, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at her home.

Born on February 21, 1948 in Iaeger, she was a daughter of the late Roscoe and Juanita Roberts Steele. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by a son, Bill Mullins and a granddaughter, Christin Justice and a gradnson, Joseph McCoy. 

Survivors include her husband, Brady Dawson; 5 daughters, Norma McCoy of Bristol, TN, Ginger Day of Jolo, WV, Melvina Justice of Hurley, VA, Stella Justice of Panther, WV, and Kristi Lester of Hurley, VA; step-daughter, Fran Wolford of Green Valley; and 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and Missy Franklin who she loved as her own.

Entombment will be on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain Valley Memorial Park in Rig Rock, VA.
