George Wayne Dietrich, II

George  Wayne Dietrich, II, age 42, of Highland Avenue, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at his home.

Born on June 13 1980 in Bluefield, he was a son of George Dietrich of Bluefield, VA and Rebecca White Cochran of FL. He was a construction worker and had been a resident of Bluefield all of his life.

Survivors in addition to his parents include his wife, Colette Hartwell Dietrich of the home; sons, Steven Coleman and wife Christina of KY, Matthew Coleman of Bluefield, WV, and Joshua Coleman of NC; daughters, Sara Repass and husband Sean of Bluefield, WV, Emily Coleman and Fiancé Jonathan Spicer of Bluefield, WV, and Hannah Dietrich of Princeton, WV; grandchildren, Michael Akers, Gezzelle Hartwell, Ethan Coleman, Justin Coleman, Cameron Coleman, Gabriel Coleman, Aliyah Lester, Alexander Repass, and Tyler Shrewsbury.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Nathan Spicer.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Chaplain C.T. Lilly officiating.

Friends may call prior to services, from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
