Frances Louise Blevins

Frances "Donnie" Louise Blevins, 82, of Boissevain, VA passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 2, 2023 at 2:28pm.  She was always smiling and laughing and was such a joy to be around.  She loved bird watching, playing cards, watching NASCAR, and working puzzles. Frances was a home health caregiver.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sam Brady and Katie Mae Brady; her sisters, Nookie and Becky; her brothers, Eddie, Bubby, Shorty, and Junior; and her sons, Deon and Freddie.

Those left to cherish her memory are her brother, Bobby; sisters, Liz and Ducky; sons Eddie and Estle; daughters, Donna and Sherry; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, May 5, 2023 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. James Milam officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be some of her great grandchildren, Brenden Keller, Tristan Blevins, and Blake Keller. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until the time of service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Blevins family.
