Evelyn Irene Wright

Evelyn Irene Wright, 77, of North Tazewell, VA passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 at Princeton Community Hospital surrounded by her family.

Born in Jenkinjones, WV on May 31, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Earl Edward Day and Edna Frances Spangler Day. She was a resident of the Springville area of Tazewell County for the last 52 years. She retired from a banking career having held multiple positions. Evelyn was a member of the Brushfork United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Bernard Clyne Wright, Jr.; son, Kevin Brian Wright and wife, Yvonne of Kernersville, NC; son, Jason Eric Wright and wife, Michelle of Princeton, WV; sister, Mary Ann Sizemore and husband, Bruce Sizemore of Bristol, VA; grandchildren, Nathaniel Wright, Stephanie Wright of Kernersville, NC and Micah Wright of Princeton, WV.

Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Grandview Memory Gardens Mausoleum with Rev. Dr. Doug Hyndrich officiating. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
