Dorothy  G. Farmer, 90, of Bramwell, WV, died on February 15, 2023 at her home.

She was a devoted Christian, wife, mother and friend.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, James W. Farmer, Sr., her stepson, James W. Farmer, Jr., two sisters, Violet L. Kirby and Adele M. Wright and two brothers, Bobby L. Bailey and Carline Woods.

She is survived by one daughter, Deborah K. Dunford and her husband, James of Bramwell, sons: Monty R. Farmer and his wife, Mary of High Point, NC, Wayne C. Farmer and his wife, Donna of Princeton, WV, Jeffrey L. Farmer and his wife, Nina of Bluefield, WV, Mark T. Farmer and his wife, Desiree of Princeton, WV, sisters: Goldie L. Bailey, Dora L. Gray, Mary J. Evans, Paula M. Winterod, Lana Y. Woods, brothers: William J. Woods, Roger D. Woods, Michael D. Woods; nine grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.

At her request, graveside services will be observed at 11:00AM on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, 3410 Coal Heritage Road, Bluefield, WV with Minister Paul Delida officiating.

Those who wish to remember Dorothy in a special way may make gifts in her memory to Veterans of Foreign Wars of The United States, PO Box 2003, Milford, NH 03055.
