Donald Odell Cline

Donald O. Cline, 87, of Narrows, VA, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2023 in Lancaster, OH.

Born on January 7, 1936 in Mohawk, WV, he was a son of the late Julius and Amanda Cline. A dedicated retired coal miner, Donald's legacy is marked by hard work and resilience.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha Cline.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Bevins Cline of the home; daughters, Donna Cline of Richmond, VA and Darlene Cline Griffin of Rock Hill, SC; Son Jeffery Cline of Bessemer City, NC; 5 beloved grandchildren; Ashley Cline, Zachary Griffin, Brandon Griffin, Tyler Griffin and Brittany Chiappini; Brother Douglas Cline of Johnson City, TN, and a sister, Lois Schilling of Mentor, OH.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, officiated by Pastor Jim Hagy. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.

Friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday from 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home.
