The Penas family lost Cynon Celestino Penas, age 42, of Fort Worth, FL on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at JFK hospital. He is the youngest grandchild of the late Frank Penas, Sr. and Catherine Penas and the youngest child of the late Frankie and Belinda Penas. Cyn grew up in Bluewell - leaving for Florida soon after high school graduation. Cyn believed in only marrying once and finally found his true love and married Nickole Hitcho in September 4, 2021. He was a lover of all creatures and had beloved fur babies throughout his lifetime including Hunter, Ciera, Ginger, Shady, Peyton, Sampson, Chico Bandito and Mooshu. He is survived in death by his wife, Nickole of Fort Worth, FL, sister, Maria Brockel, brother-in-law Jimmy and nieces, Helena and Olivia of Ashland, VA, his aunts Mary and Vesita Lowman, formerly of Bluewell, his aunt and uncle Anita and John French of Henrico, VA and many cousins who loved him very much. As a qualified organ donor, his heart, liver and left lung were each given successfully to three needy recipients. A memorial service will be held at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell on Saturday, July 5th beginning at 10:30 a.m. for visitation followed by a graveside burial at Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery for anyone who would like to attend.
