Connie Geraldine Parker

Connie Geraldine Billips Parker, 75, of Bluefield, WV, passed Friday, May 10, 2024, at her home.

Born November 21, 1948, in Falls Mills, VA, she was a daughter to the late Albort and Roberta Helmandollar Billips. Connie was a lifelong resident of the Bluefield area and worked with the Frontier Phone Company for over 45 years.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, William “Billy” David Hodges and Randy Nicholas Parker, both of Jesup, GA; brother, Elmer Billips, of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Darlene Crews, of Jesup, GA, and Reba Brown of Okeechobee, FL; and three grandchildren, Savannah, Montana, and Phoenix Parker.

In keeping with Connie’s wishes, she is to be cremated and no public services are to be held.
