Christa Roark

Christa Denise Roark 40, of Bluefield WV formerly of Gary, WV gained her heavenly wings on Wednesday October 8th at Princeton Community Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. She is proceeded in death by Grandparents Charlie and Lois Roark, Grandfather Randy Jones Sr, Aunt Kathy Roark, and Aunt Sandra Seay.

Christa graduated with honors from Montcalm High School in 2003. She was also a cheerleader. She was a former Gary Coal Digger

basketball player and had a heart as big as her personality. She was crafty and loved to make gifts for family members such as wreaths, baskets, bows, and headbands. She was formally employed by First Community Bank & Dish Network.Those left to cherish her memories are, Step Dad Randy Jones Jr,. Mother Angela Jones, Father Richard Sr (Melissa) Roark. sisters Jessa Jones, Payton & Rachel Roark, brothers Richard (Ricky) & Taylor Roark. Grandparents Johnny & Lorraine Lester, Grandmother Debbie Jones

With a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Even in death Christa helped change people's lives as she was an organ donor and helped save others. Those who wish to celebrate Christa's life there will be a graveside service on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 12:00 PM in Bluewell WV at the Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell Pastor Sherri Kernick officiating. A reception will follow.
