Charlie Judd Collins

Charlie Judd Collins 27, of Paynesville, WV passed on May 27, 2023.

Born November 9, 1995, in Welch, West Virginia. He was the son of Stacey Slusher. Charlie was a 2015 graduate of Mount View High School, a welder by trade, in his spare time he loved fishing with his baby Layne, to work on his jeep, and spending time with his family.

Charlie left an impact on everyone he met, had a smile that could light up a room, and was know for his infectious laugh and sense of humor.

Two children: Taylen Rasnake & Layne Wyatt Charlie Collins of Paynesville, WV

Older Brother: Tyler Collins of Gary, WV

Older Sister: Casey Hasty, brother-in-law Joey Castle, nephew Caden Hasty and niece Riley Hasty of Rock, WV

Younger Brother: Cody Slusher & Nephew Cian Slusher of Gary, WV.

Younger Sister: Selena Collins & brother-in-law James Mitchem of Kimball, WV.

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 2, 2023, at 1100 AM at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Jack Fultz officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton.

Friends may call prior to services from 10:00-11:00 AM. 

Craven-Shires Funeral Home will be serving Charlie’s family.
