Charles Wayne Pannell

Charles Wayne Pannell, 73, of Bluefield, VA, passed away on Friday, December 3,2021 at his home.

Born on July 23, 1948 in Coeburn, VA. He was a son of the late Hasque and Blanch Stallard Pannell. He had been a resident of Falls Mills for 40 years and was a member of the Brushfork Baptist Church. He was a retired tow truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene Galkin Pannell.

Survivors include his sons, Jonathan Pannell (Annabelle) of Wytheville, VA and Jason Pannell (Stephanie) of Falls Mills, VA; 6 grandchildren; brothers, Carroll Pannell of Wise, VA and Joe Pannell of Lake Whales, FL; and a sister, Sue Garvin of Princeton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Pastor Mike Sinclair officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA.
