Brady Randle Dawson

Brady Randle Dawson, 84, of Bluefield, WV, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at his home. 

Born on May 9, 1940 in Stacy, VA, he was a son of the late John Wesley and Victoria Ferrell Dawson. He was a veteran of the US Army, was a coal miner and was a member of the UMWA.

He was preceded in death by his second wife, Georgia Gaye Dawson.

Survivors include his first wife, Pearl Dawson of Green Valley, WV; daughter, Frances Wolford of Green Valley; 5 stepdaughters, Norma McCoy of TN, Ginger Day of Jolo, WV, Melvina Justice of Hurley, WV, Stella Justice of Panther, WV and Kristi Justice of Hurley, WV; grandchildren, Eva Maria Robinette, Glen Mitchell, Jr. and Brady Scott Mitchell; and several great grandchildren. 

Friends may call on Monday from 9:30-11:30 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell. Burial will take place at Mountain Valley Memorial Park Mausoleum in Big Rock, VA.
