Bonnie Walker

Bonnie Miller Walker, 89, of Thorpe, WV passed away on April 20, 2021 in Canton, GA.

Bonnie is preceded in death by husband, Herman Walker, and beloved youngest daughter Drema Blackburn, Parents Howard and Violet Miller, sisters Dorothy Miller, Elsie Fowler, Lois Miller and brothers Walter (Lois), Kenneth (Joan) Miller, Paul (Linda) Miller, Jack Miller, Randy (Irene) Miller,  Jerry, Junior.  Bonnie was retired from Goodson and Tru-Line.

Bonnie is survived by one daughter Barbara Walker of Woodstock, GA; one son Jeffrey Walker and wife Jackie of Thorpe, WV, 3 grandchildren Heather Eastridge and husband Gary, Todd Blackburn and wife Samantha, J.D. Walker and wife Amy; 4 great grandchildren Jake and Ian Eastridge, Malachi and Gabrielle Blackburn; brothers Dale Miller and wife Shirley, Joe Miller and wife Karen and numerous nieces and nephews left to cherish her memory.

Visitation will be held 11:00 to 1:00, Friday, April 23, 2021 with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 at Cravens- Shires Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Eastridge of Cassville United Methodist church officiating.   Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, WV.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the GA chapter of Alzheimer’s Association at 41 Perimeter Ctr E, Atlanta, GA.30346.

The family wishes thank all of the doctors and caregivers who provided care for Bonnie.
