Bonita Lou Watkins

Bonita Lou Watkins, 67, of King George, VA passed away on June 1, 2022, at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA.

Born on September 22, 1954, in West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Mae Harless. She had been a resident of King George, VA for 20 years and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Eugene Watkins.

Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, April and Angel Watkins, both of King George, VA; son Bobby Watkins of Fredericksburg, VA; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, June 10, 2022, at 2:00 PM with Minister Michael Taylor at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home chapel in Bluewell, WV. Burial will follow at Jennings-Grose Cemetery in Matoaka, WV where friends and family will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held Friday from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
