Beverly Diane Slaughter

Beverly Diane Slaughter, 59, of Bluefield, WV passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at her home.  Born February 19, 1962 in Kimball, WV, she was a daughter of the late Mary Smith. Beverly was of the Church of God faith and was a cook. In addition to her mom, she was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Ayden Lee.

Those left to cherish Beverly’s memory are her husband, Clyde Slaughter of the home; son, Chris Slaughter and wife, Sarah of Bluefield, WV; daughter, Teri Murphy and husband, Keith of Princeton, WV; sisters, Kathy Bandy of McDowell County, WV, and Mossy Smith of Ohio; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Preacher Mike Davis officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until the time of service. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Slaughter family.
