Betty Jones

Betty Nell Jones, 85, of Montcalm, WV, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.

Born on May 24, 1936 in NC, she was a daughter of the late Quincy and Idella Barnett Cleary. She had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield and was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Jones.

Survivors include a son, Henry Jones of Falls Mills, VA; daughters, Della Perkins of Bluefield, WV and Sheila Smith of Stanley, NC; 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; a brother, Michael Cleary of Bluefield, WV; and two sisters, Lulamae Walls of Bluefield, WV, and Beulah Sanders of Goldsboro, NC.

Private graveside services will be conducted on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with Minister Doug Steel officiating.
