Christopher Burgess

Christopher Burgess, 42, of Sandlick, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at his home. Born on February 27, 1972 in Bluefield, he was a son of Roy Burgess of Sandlick and Susan Windle of Princeton. He had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Ray Burgess, Sr.; and his grandparents, Willard and Maxine Sigmon; and WG and Edna Burgess. Survivors include: Father and stepmother: Roy and Brenda Burgess of Sandlick Mother: Susan Windle of Princeton Children: Alexis and Hunter Burgess of Green Valley Fiance: Renisa Gills of Sandlick Sister: Tabitha Berry and Bryan of Summersville Nephew: Bobby Ray Burgess, Jr. of Princeton Friends may call on Friday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Following the visitation, he will be cremated. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
