Hobert Roger Mullins

Hobert Roger Mullins, age 63, of Paul Heights, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at a Princeton hospital. Born on August 31, 1947 in Crumpler, he was a son of the late Eli and Martha Mullins Hicks. He had been a resident of Bluefield for 10 years and attended the Princeton Church of God. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Helen Dotson; and two brothers, Robert and Jerry Mullins. Survivors include: Wife: Betty Hughes Mullins of the home 2 sons: Hobart J. Mullins, Sr. of Bluefield Jonathan L. Mullins of Bluefield 2 grandchildren 4 brothers: Joseph Daniel Tackett of Bluefield Jimmy Tackett of Brushfork Jimmy Mullins of Kingsport, OK Garnett Mullins of Ashtabula, OH 4 sisters: Mary Mitchem of Bluewell Margaret Vine of Stevens, WV Linda Tackett of Davy, WV Nancy Bishop of Denton, NC Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Fred Farley and Rev. Charlotte Hughes officiating. Friends may call on Friday from 6-8PM at the funeral home.
